Our team consists of Vacation Rental Specialists’ Matt Patterson and Tyler Botsford. Our Lake Tahoe team is supported by our guest service and administrative team located in Denver, Colorado.
Lake Tahoe Rentals By Owner is part of the Resortia Rentals By Owner network which began in 2003 serving the needs of homeowners and guests in Vail, Colorado. Over the past few years we have expanded to premium destinations to become the largest independent vacation rental agency in the Rockies including Beaver Creek, Aspen, Snowmass, Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, Telluride, Winter Park, Deer Valley, Park City, Jackson Hole, Keystone, Big Sky and Crested Butte.
